I had been going around for consultations about nose removal and was mentally really exhausted, but the consultation was so good. You can usually get a sense of a person's character and tendencies from a few words, and after consulting with the director I somehow felt that this person would keep taking care of things until the end even if something went wrong after surgery, so I decided to have the surgery. I was worried about the scar on the columella and wanted to do it non-open, but since it was non-implant and, looking at the surgical plan, they said it would be cleaner to remove it with an open approach, I went with open surgery. It has been a week since surgery and the columella scar is fading. After my nose surgery, my nostrils were slightly uneven, but after the removal surgery the asymmetry improved too. It took such an emotional toll to get to the point of removal and to worry about things that had not even happened yet that I feel sorry for the time I spent. I am so satisfied with the surgery.
