It was hard just to get the schedule set because the consultations were so backed up. They took photos in advance and did the consultation while looking at them. They answer when you ask. The doctor seemed tired, without much motivation for surgery... He was not the type to explain things confidently and clearly, so I did not feel convinced. I felt like the consultation fee was a waste The cost is very expensive. It feels like they make almost everything into a thin inline.
