Isn’t it normal to pay after being seen... After the consultation, I understood why they wanted payment first. Lower blepharoplasty only costs 4.95 million won. They said cash would make it 4.7 million lol. This is the only place that takes photos from every angle before the consultation, even the last digits of the resident registration number. The staff also kept glancing over, and the vibe, personality, everything was just not great...
