The staff were kind, and the manager answered honestly as well. What I especially appreciated was that I went in for a consultation about my buried double eyelids loosening, and unlike the managers at other clinics, she did not overstate things or push surgery too hard. The director also understood my eyes well and explained why my buried double eyelids had no choice but to loosen. That said, the consultation time was short, which was disappointing, and I think it would have been better if they had adjusted the line several more times during the consultation to show me what styles might roughly work. (They did say we should discuss the design thoroughly before surgery!)
