The director was a bit taciturn and not the type to explain things first, but he was kind, and the atmosphere was warm. If you're going for a consultation, make sure to write down a list of questions!! If you ask something, they will explain everything kindly and carefully~ I had a consultation because of hooded eyes and severe scarring, and he seemed confident.
