I went to get a double-eyelid consultation after seeing reviews, and even though I had a reservation and went there, I had to wait 2 hours. The staff were not great, and it was so big that it felt like a factory. I was not particularly drawn to it, but it was really huge and crowded, and there was even a cafe downstairs. It seemed like they were using the whole building..
