First of all, the doctor was so kind, and explained things in a way that was easy for someone like me, who knows nothing about surgery, to understand. I made a reservation after the consultation, but I got scared and canceled it But when I canceled, the consultation director who had been so kind before became completely cold... Other than that, I think this would have gone really well if I had done it here!!!
