The doctor was good and the surgery itself was all good, but the managers were really terrible.. During my surgery, the manager changed three times. It even changed on the day of surgery, and since I was having a surgery without an implant, the manager who changed on the surgery day talked about silicone this and that without even looking at the basic chart. Then when I went back for a follow-up one month after the surgery, the manager had changed again. Even then, they hadn't used silicone, but the manager just kept talking about silicone this and that without looking at the chart. Then my nose hurt a little, so I called because I was worried it might be inflammation, and they still couldn't remember anything except silicone this and that, kept talking about silicone, and didn't look at the chart at all. Just silicone, absolutely. I said I had surgery without an implant;;
