When I went for the consultation, they explained things quickly and the consultation manager was very kind. Before meeting the director, they told me everything I was curious about and made the atmosphere comfortable. The director also carefully explained everything I needed and what would happen if it were done that way, without any overtreatment, so I was grateful.
