The director also had just finished surgery and seemed to have rushed over, and he looked a bit tired. Thinking about it, that part might feel a bit off from a patient's perspective. Still, the consultation explained very kindly and seriously how the surgery would be done, including the tip height and the surgical materials. However, in terms of the nose design, it might have differed a little from what I wanted, but overall it was good.
