I had my first surgery for the bridge, tip, and alar reduction, and it was just average. The main priority was correcting my bulbous nose, but it did not improve much. I wanted it to look natural, and if it's too natural, is that a downside? The surgery felt a bit chaotic, and I couldn't meet the doctor after the operation. So I deducted points. Still, they did not over-recommend anything, and if you want that, it might be good.
