The consultation coordinator?? was very empathetic and spoke well. They spoke with strong confidence in the director's skill. Since I have a hump nose, they said they would remove the hump and improve the tip with the septum. Septal harvest isn't easy, but the director is good at it and looked very confident, so I paid the deposit right away, took some time to think, but it felt like I booked too hastily, so I canceled.
