About 10 years ago, I had lower eyelid fat removal surgery here. It was removed unevenly and removed to the point where the blood vessels under the eyes were visible, but at the time I was highly satisfied. As time passed, the unevenness and the visible vessels became bothersome, so I came back to this hospital for revision surgery. But the doctor had gotten a bit older since then, and I have seen more other hospitals that are said to be skilled at fat grafting and re-positioning, so I am going to look into other clinics too.
