The waiting time from the manager's consultation until I met the director was a bit long.. The director was kinder than I expected and seemed to give an accurate diagnosis, so I trust them. They found something that another clinic had missed and explained in great detail which surgical method would be used. The price is also a little cheaper than elsewhere, and there was no consultation fee because I paid the surgical deposit, though I am not sure whether there is usually one~
