I went for a consultation because of a crooked nose and a drooping tip. As with my first surgery, they suggested silicone, ear cartilage, and reuse of the septal cartilage, and said the crooked nose only needed the silicone position to be adjusted again. I liked the confident consultation and the fact that the shape looked the most natural, but it seemed that most people were going with ear cartilage plus silicone, and I felt like they were operating on all customers with the same method rather than based on the cause of my own nose.
