When I first consulted with the manager, there were a lot of things being said that made the impossible sound possible, so I took it with one ear and let it out the other, but the director said similar things to the manager... The director was so confident that I almost fell for the line about making even impossible things possible, but I decided to get more consultations at other clinics.
