First, since I said it was my first consultation with the manager in charge, she kindly explained everything one by one and was very considerate during the consultation. The director seemed busy, but during the consultation he gave very detailed and careful explanations. He seemed to prefer a glamorous nose line, but said that going that far could upset the balance of the face, so he said he would make it as natural as possible while still matching my needs and making it pretty. He also said the cartilage I currently have is sufficient, and that if another clinic recommends all sorts of extras during consultation, it's likely sales tactics, so I should think again. There was absolutely no pressure to pay a booking deposit, and the atmosphere was excellent.
