Two years ago at Apgujeong Seoul, I had osteotomy for the nose, hump reduction, tip work, and septal cartilage all tied together. There was absolutely no aftercare. I’m currently looking into revision surgery. My nose looks a bit pinched (it didn’t look pinched at all before) and the bridge is bumpy (when seen from the front), and although they said they did osteotomy, it feels thicker than before. So I went because they said the service would be covered for up to two years, but the consultation manager treated me like I was just being difficult, saying it wasn’t like that at all. The doctor came too and said there was absolutely no pinched feeling and that it was just my imagination. They said there was no way to fix it. In the end I went twice like that and came back. After that I went to another hospital to get revision surgery, and all the doctors I consulted there said there was a pinched feeling and that the surgical method would be simple. And the doctor at the other hospital looked at the CT and said the osteotomy had not been done well.
The hospital’s post-op response was really bad, even more than the surgery itself..
