When I did not know much about nose surgery, I thought putting in silicone would look pretty and be good, but because my nasal bridge was already fairly high, they first suggested surgery without implants, saying it might be too much. Both the coordinator and the director were kind. If you are aiming for a natural look, I recommend them. But the fact that they did not take a CT scan was a little concerning.
