I had ptosis, an epicanthal fold, and under-eye fat. After consultations at three hospitals, this place was the kindest and looked at things most thoroughly, so I had the surgery here. I did not really have any side effects or anything like that, and within the natural limits of my eyes it seems to have turned out fine. I actually wanted a canthoplasty too, but they said it would be too much for my eyes, so I skipped it. However, the front canthoplasty ended up with one side looking a little more opened, so two years later I had that side slightly reversed at another hospital known for revision surgery. It would have been better not to need reversal, but now both sides look almost the same, so I am fairly satisfied. It has been more than 6 years, so I do not remember the surgery cost, so I entered it arbitrarily. Sorry.
