So there was not much big change afterward, which was disappointing. Compared to that, the price was too expensive. Think of the first surgery as the cost of revision surgery at another hospital. They used Gore-Tex rather than silicone for the bridge of the nose. This may be a matter of taste. The director has skill, but if you want osteotomy or a pretty columella, I think you should think it over again before going.
