I went to Gaam last month for a nose surgery consultation. Honestly, it wasn't so much that I was extremely satisfied with something, but rather that in an ordinary person's situation, the most important thing is to have surgery as naturally as possible, so I booked surgery at Gaam and came back. I liked that there was nothing like exaggerated talk during the consultation, and it seems they focus on natural results.
