My younger brother had bulbous nose surgery here. He had a thick, short nose.... It improved very naturally, but it is still a bulbous nose. He also had surgery to make his double eyelids more visible, maybe with a forehead lift or an eyebrow lift, and hmm.... I do not know if it is just because my younger brother is not handsome, but his eyes do not look dramatically better. They did improve compared to before.
