It's been 4 years since the surgery, and because it was done so naturally, it looks the same as when I first had it. But the upturned-nose correction didn't work properly and it's uneven. I told the doctor, and they did an after-service correction, but it didn't get fixed. So when I tried to get revision surgery elsewhere, they said it was L-shaped silicone.. I don't know whether they still use L-shaped implants these days, but I guess it's my fault for not researching properly.. lol
