This was the first place I went for a consultation because I wanted revision rhinoplasty, and the director was kind and explained not only the nose but also the overall impression of the face, which I liked. But because I have a hump nose, that is my biggest concern, and they said I would only know whether they would do osteotomy after actually doing the surgery, which worries me T_T
