The bridge of my nose was originally there, and my nose had a slightly hooked shape with a drooping tip, but as soon as they saw it they checked how thin my skin was and immediately explained how they would operate on the tip and the hump. Because the skin was thin, they said they would use a bit of dermis, and they said they would use Gore-Tex. For the bridge, they said they would insert a very low implant just to connect it naturally while operating on the tip. I asked if it could be made higher, and they said that would change the impression, which made it seem like they were pursuing a natural look. I was satisfied with the consultation because they clearly said what could not be done.
