I got a very kind and thorough consultation with the director and the manager, and they explained the part I was most worried about really well too! The surgery methods were more or less similar. They recommended lowering the silicone height and using autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and while consulting I emphasized that I absolutely do not want another revision surgery and that I also hate visible show-through of the nose. I also stressed the shape I wanted. I don’t want to look into any more revision options, so I really hope this one succeeds ㅠㅠ
