They looked closely at my nose and said I would not need anything done. They said surgery has pros and cons, but it seemed like the cons would outweigh the pros if I had surgery. They empathized with the issue I was complaining about, but said that it would probably be better to handle it lightly with something like filler. I had gone with high expectations because I had heard so much about how natural they make things look, so it was a little disappointing, but I also felt comforted because it seemed like they were being sincere and advising me for the patient's sake.
