First of all, both the doctor and the consultation manager were full of confidence. First, while consulting with the doctor, I was asked what the problem seemed to be, then the doctor explained the problems he thought there were and how he would perform the surgery. In my case, my thoughts and the doctor’s thoughts were different, so I was told to think carefully. The conclusion was to raise the bridge with Gore-Tex under 3 mm and use ear cartilage for the tip. Then I talked with the consultation manager, who was very negative about silicone. Both of them spoke very quickly and explained things in a kind way, but it felt like they were not explaining in much detail. If you want a clearly defined and glamorous nose, this probably is not the place.
