From the time I called to make a consultation appointment, they were already so kind that I was moved... I could feel that they were trying to keep customer wait times as short as possible by not overbooking tightly. The director was also kind and explained things calmly and well, the doctor looked at my case in more detail than any other doctor I had consulted with so far. He even drew pictures, and I was surprised at how well he drew them, because it really looked like me, and explained what kind of improvement I could expect! Although, for various reasons, it did not lead to surgery, this is a hospital that left a very good impression.
