I went there for a consultation, and even though I had made an appointment, there was some waiting time. Still, they said they were carefully seeing each patient one by one, so it was delayed a bit First of all, the consultation manager? was very kind, and the doctor kept asking me during the consultation where I was dissatisfied and what I wanted to improve, which I liked, and the way they explained the surgery methods was easy to understand, which I also liked.
