Just like people said, they were really genuinely kind, and among the hospitals I went to, this was the consultation they spent the longest time on. I was moved by how carefully they explained things at my level while drawing over the photos in detail, and the consultation manager was also kind and considerate, so I left a deposit, but I am still thinking about it a bit more.
