Maybe because this is a clinic that emphasizes communication, there were about two times when I had to wait in the room in between, and each time the staff came by several times to ask if I wanted tea or coffee. I also had conversations with the manager that built some closeness, not only about my nose but also about personal topics. Including the waiting time in between and the consultation time, it took a little under 1 hour and 30 minutes, and instead of a CT scan they took photos. The doctor carefully looked inside my nose directly and pressed inside my nose to check how much septum I had, whether the inside of my nose was crooked, and whether I had rhinitis. They brought copies of the photos and carefully explained by drawing directly on the photos the materials and methods that would be used on my nose, and also explained carefully things like why my septum is small. Then after the explanation, they asked whether I understood and whether there was anything I didn't understand. What I especially liked was that after the explanation, they neatly summarized everything they had explained up to that point and told me again. And when I showed them the nose shape I wanted, they explained what features that nose had and what kind of changes would be needed to make it similar. They explained everything so thoroughly that I had nothing left to ask, and I didn't feel the consultation fee was wasted. They also looked at the overall harmony of my face, so they brought up nasolabial angle correction, which no other place had mentioned, and I was glad they explained the reason my mouth had always looked protruded. If I were to do it here, I feel like many of the parts of my face I didn't like overall would be improved, so I'm looking forward to it. The only thing that bothers me is that at two other places where I had CT scans, they mentioned a crooked nose, but here, even after looking inside my nose and pressing on it, they said it wasn't crooked, so that worries me a bit and I think I need to think about it some more,,

The doctor is very blunt and says only what needs to be said, but he's full of confidence. He confidently told me he would remove all the excess fat from my face. They said they don't put me under very deeply, so I might wake up in the…

All the hospital staff were kind, and the director was warm? and friendly too. It felt like an old-established place, and they did have a fair amount of experience. The previous clinic I went to was unfriendly, made me wait, and charged…

I didn’t have to wait long, and the doctor recommended the surgery that suited me best in a realistic way without overrecommending anything, shaped my eyes nicely, and the manager was also very kind and answered all the questions I asked!
