First of all, the director was very young. It did not seem like he had much experience yet, but out of all the clinics I went to for consultations, he explained things the most in detail and for the longest time... He answered questions well, and what was unique was that the other clinics I had consulted with all seemed to recommend donated rib cartilage, but here they were very insistent on autologous rib cartilage... that was the atmosphere.
