I had the surgery with no implant, using the septum. The head doctor was kind and good. At the beginning I was satisfied with the no-implant result. The line was modest and pretty~ They said they did not use ear cartilage after the surgery, and the cost was not adjusted. It was the price after a discount for doing the nose tip with the septum, shaving down the hump, and reducing the nostrils. It was fine until about ten months, but after that I think everything was absorbed because it became much more blunt. I am now looking for a new option.
