I went in for a consultation looking for a nose without implants. The clinic facility had a very quiet cafe-like feel and a cozy atmosphere, which I liked. I consulted about the part I was most worried about, and I was a little surprised when they firmly said it could not be done. It did feel conscientious that if something could not be done, they just said it could not be done. They also explained everything by touching and examining my nose one part at a time. I liked that they looked at my nose like that and spoke realistically about it. However, when I looked at the before-and-after photos, even after surgery it did not look smooth and the hump still had a rough, uneven part, so I am not sure about the surgical aspect. I do like that they are conscientious and detailed, so for now I want to look around some more and then come back.
