It was Dr. Kim Ho-gil, and honestly I waited quite a long time because I wanted to see this hospital and have surgery there. The doctor was very kind, and the director was kind too! The doctor said it was not such a difficult surgery. (In another hospital, they said the scar tissue was too much, it was sunken, and they were not sure how much skin laxity there would be) He said we would need septal reinforcement, reconstruction of my original cartilage, and because the skin that had shrunk due to the scar tissue could shrink again, we would need to use costal cartilage so it would have firm support! Honestly, I was too scared of the costal cartilage, so I did not have the surgery Since my lost nasal cartilage would need to be reinforced again with ear cartilage anyway, I did not want to use both ear and costal cartilage Because this is a hospital that specializes in autologous costal cartilage, they did not have donated costal cartilage, so I had the surgery somewhere else!
