The doctor's explanation was calm and detailed. Personally, I wanted to hear about the surgical method and its limitations in a calm way, and the doctor explained everything well for 40 minutes. Maybe they were busy that day, because they looked very tired and not very motivated, but since they explained things without rushing, I felt I could trust them.
But because of the manager, I could not easily decide on surgery. There were negative comments about the manager's tone, eyes, and so on from this clinic and various communities, but I ignored them and thought maybe it would be fine... lol Their tone felt like that of a senior detective interrogating someone, and their gaze was really scary?? I was thinking, does a person doing consultations really talk like that?? Honestly, I was so shocked and felt such resistance that I just looked at the floor and answered roughly, then had the doctor take over the consultation.
I did not expect excessive kindness, but it felt like they lacked the basic attitude needed when dealing with people.
