Eye Surgery Considerations

Chiyu Review

It has been 3 full years since my first nose surgery. My nose had spread from double jaw surgery, plus a bulbous tip and a low bridge, but I hated using implants so much, and my first goal was to make it look natural so no one would know I had nose surgery. So I had bulbous tip correction, alar reduction, and my first surgery with autologous dermis. Everyone says I look prettier, but no one knows I had a major nose overhaul. The alar reduction reduced the bulbous-tip look a lot. I said I did not want to raise the bridge too much, so I could not achieve 100 percent correction, but I have been satisfied for 3 years. Humans are fickle and do not remember the nose from before, but if you look at photos, it really changed a lot;;; Because it was done with dermis, it was inevitably absorbed and the nasal tip sagged a little, but I was informed of all of that and it was expected. The doctor is professional and gentle, but not the type who is extremely friendly or overflowing with confidence. Rather, he inspires trust. There was one time I got scolded for being stubborn, but that was only because it was so obvious... T_T (I could not breathe, so the next day I ran in and acted difficult, asking them to remove the packing...) Looking back on life, I do think I should have made it a bit more glamorous at first, so I do think about revision surgery, but for a first surgery when you want something natural and safe, I really recommend this clinic.
