I had consultations with two doctors for the purpose of correcting a bulbous nose and a low nose.

Doctor [Doctor A] felt like he had enough experience to proceed with the surgery method I wanted, whereas Doctor [Doctor B] felt like he was recommending the surgery he himself could do. If the surgery method recommended by Doctor [Doctor B] suits your taste, it might be a good fit, but I had no intention of doing alar reduction at all + I decided on the more experienced Doctor [Doctor A].
The only worry I had was that there was no anesthesiologist. Even though there was no anesthesiologist, they said they would do it under sleep anesthesia during the consultation, so I thought, ah, so they do use sleep anesthesia even without a specialist, and because I had previously slept deeply and woken up fine at another hospital, I booked the surgery as it was. But on the day of surgery, just before the operation, I was told that if sleep anesthesia is made too deep there is a risk of death, so they use light anesthesia and wake you if you move too much. If I had heard that during the consultation, I would have looked into other hospitals with anesthesiologists too, but I heard it only when I was signing the consent form right before the operation... From that point on I was very worried, but I was already waiting for surgery, and I trusted my previous experience of sleeping deeply and waking up fine at another hospital, so I went ahead. But I was betrayed T_T I remember being awakened a few times in the middle, and I could hear voices worrying about me, saying I could be seriously injured if I moved, but I did not even know whether I was moving... I cannot write all the details, but honestly the surgery process was somewhat painful... That is why I understand why people check whether there is an anesthesiologist or not (it is not just a difference in specialists, since at the other hospital I slept like a baby). I was in a lot of pain from right after surgery until day 2. From the morning of day 3, when I went to get the packing removed, I felt fine. They said it was because the packing had swollen with nasal mucus and become much softer.
It has now been over a month, and in the end they made it beautifully in the natural shape I wanted. Even through that hellish surgery process, seeing how well they produced the result makes me think the doctor [Doctor A] is famous for a reason. But I think it would be better if it were a little higher, while my friend said that if it were higher it would not suit me, so it turned out well. Regretting the height after surgery seems to be the norm.. But I learned that getting too greedy here would be a disaster, so I am satisfied. Since it has only been a month, it is still unclear how much it will drop from here, so I think the final level of satisfaction will need a bit more time.
I cannot really recommend the sleep anesthesia part, but if you want to become naturally prettier little by little without changing your image too much, I recommend Chiyu doctor [Doctor A]. It is so natural that you probably do not need to worry about whether you will look exactly the same as before. The before-and-after difference is definitely there.
