You said the fat extraction would be done from the buttocks, so I'm hesitant ; It doesn't seem like you'll put in a very excessive amount, though. I think you'll put in a little extra room. The director was easygoing and honest. I didn't get a surgery cost estimate, so I entered it arbitrarily. You recommend at least 2 sessions. I'm not sure about ultra-natural, but it seems like it would be a natural or subtly enhanced style.
