Had an eye surgery consultation. The wait time was about 2 hours, and there were a lot of people. First, I had photos taken and waited. Then I met with the manager first, who gave a rough explanation of the surgical method and talked about the procedures that would be needed. The explanation was good and they were kind. After that I met with the chief doctor, who had me close and open my eyes for a check and explained in detail why an incision would be needed, which gave me the feeling that they were professional. And when I asked questions, they answered appropriately, and while looking at the photos I had taken earlier, they explained things... the photos were so realistic that I looked really ugly... sigh T_T They showed a case similar to mine and explained it. Then I checked the cost with the manager and finished. The consultation process was detailed and professional, which I liked.
