I had basically already made up my mind to have surgery, but the staff and coordinator were very kind and the facilities were good! Still, everyone seemed way too busy and looked frazzled... I waited for almost an hour before going in, and the director seemed busy too, because they just saw me for about five minutes and left. The line they designed was so pretty, but everyone looked too hectic, so I decided to go somewhere else
