The consultation manager was also clear and nice, and the doctor explained things thoroughly and clearly, which was great. More than anything, I liked the overall image of trustworthiness and the reasonable price. I remember the consultation manager being very professional. They wrote the price and estimate in something like an envelope, and it was really nice.
