Slight skin sagging (but still within the range where natural adhesion is possible), and the eyes would look prettier with an upper canthoplasty, but that’s optional!! That was the consultation, and I did want canthoplasty, but I worried because it seems like canthoplasty can leave a lot of scarring if the surgery doesn’t go well. In the end, I got the canthoplasty too. In the photo with my eyes closed I do have makeup on, but even after removing the makeup, the line isn’t too dark and I think it turned out naturally well.
