First of all, the doctor spoke realistically and explained the surgery direction to match my image, which I liked, so at the time I wanted to put down a deposit and have the surgery. But maybe I got paired with the wrong consultation manager;; they really didn't have even the minimum level of basic manners. All through the consultation, they kept glaring and smiling like they were sneering at me, and I wondered if I was the only one who felt that way, haha. Why are they trying to psych out patients? The chief doctor's consultation was good. Still, even if prices are flexible, the quote came out about 600,000 to 1,500,000 won higher than other places, so I asked by phone whether they could lower it by about 100,000 won. Then, with a sigh, they said things like, even if it's not me, the chief doctor is busy and has plenty of patients to see, so if we match the price, would you actually get the surgery? Are you going to have the surgery or not? Why say it like they were arguing back? T_T And as a consultation manager, it seemed like they didn't even understand the surgery direction. After the doctor's consultation, I continued with the manager, and when they were talking about nasal autologous dermis, they said completely irrelevant things.. The doctor never even brought up autologous dermis;; When I said that wasn't mentioned, they just sighed and kept talking about their own thing.. The doctor was good, but the manager was so bad that this is the first clinic where that became a negative.
