The waiting time was not long, and the consultation manager was kind. But rather than just asking a few simple questions before seeing the director, it felt like they were almost consulting me like a director would. The director was Director Kim, and the consultation time was short. It felt stiff, like he was pressed for time. After the director consultation, I met the manager again for the cost discussion, and when I mentioned my concerns about side effects, they did not say things like those cases are extremely rare or almost never happen, or mention what side effects could occur. It was my first consultation, so I was a little disappointed.
