The wait here was so long that I almost got up in the middle;; In the end I canceled the later consultation T_T The consultation with the director finally happened after a struggle, and the director was kind and the consultation was fine, but it was obvious how busy he was. I tried to take that as a sign that they have a lot of patients, which is good, but I was also a bit worried that they might be too busy. Still, I liked how the staff took care of things while I was waiting.
