Because it’s such a hot hospital these days, the waiting time was extremely long. It seemed like everything kept getting delayed, and there were so many people that it was packed. The consultation manager was very kind, and the way they spoke kept making people feel good, so some of the anger I felt from the long wait cooled down a bit. After another long wait, the director came in, and maybe because there were so many patients, they looked busy. They didn’t drag things out and only told me the key surgeries that were possible for my eyes, then after taking my questions, they left after about 5 minutes. While explaining, they marked out several different lines for me. After that, the manager came back in, talked about the cost, and seemed very confident about this hospital, saying the director was skilled and so on.
