There were really a lot of people and I had to wait quite a while. But the prices did not seem inflated, and the doctor seemed professional and honest, so I liked that. There was no pressure, and the atmosphere was one where I could comfortably say what surgery I wanted, and the doctor would just recommend and give advice.
